About Me
Hi, I’m Karla, an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician, and I’m passionate about supporting my clients to reclaim their health in a way that feels empowering, sustainable, and grounded in compassion. I take a trauma-informed, holistic approach, understanding that everyone’s journey with health is deeply personal and diverse.

My special area of interest is in digestive health, including Disorders of the Gut Brain Interaction (DGBI) such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), food intolerances, nutrient deficiencies, Pancreatic Exocrine Insufficiency (PEI), GORD/reflux, constipation & diarrhoea and conditions like endometriosis and adenomyosis. I also offer support to individuals navigating the intersection of digestive health and eating disorders or disordered eating.
My work integrates evidence-based nutrition, mental health, and a deep respect for your lived experiences, offering care that’s inclusive and non-judgemental.
